BREAKFAST: oatmeal + 1/2 banana + soymilk
DINNER: Too much, esp. too many sweets :(
strawberry quark (100gr quark, 30 gr. strawberries)+ 1/2 toast
chocolatequark (50gr)
2 cookies
I should have NOT had the to cookies!!!
SNACK:
1/2 Milchschnitte
Cookie+ frozen banana
chocolate (aero)
I should be ashamed for having so many sweets :(
TOTAL amount of CALORIES: 560

ReplyDeleteit wasn´t too much! i think u know, but your head says it´s waaay too much cause most of it was sweet.
for ya health you should try to eat 1-2 servings of sweets a day.
maybe 3 if your craving is too hard ;)
think about your blood and all these physical things.
i´m worried.
