well, yesterday it has worked uot quite well following the plan that I prepared in advanced. Of course i didn't follow 100%... i never do, but the amount of calories at the end of the day was really waht I had intended on the first place.
Breakfast: 1/2 banana + 1 toast + 1 soy-yoghurt
Lunch/Dinner: 1/2 toast + blueberries + soy yoghurt + (chocolate... was not in the plan)
JUST ONE!!!!!!
Snack: Mousse au chocolat + 1/2 Milchschnitte
HALF!!!
Total amount of calories: 450 (round about)
good, it doesn't seem too much... the pic i got from the intenet since i couldn't photograph my food yesterday.
