BREAKFAST: weetabix + 1/2 banana+ soymilk



LUNCH:
Quark + Strawberries
1/4 frozen banana+ 1 cookie




DINNER:
Nougat Dumplings <3
1/2 mousse "in love"




SNACK:

1/4 Milchschnitte



TOTAL : 660 Kalories

It was the 1st time I tried the dumplings and LOVED them!!!! :) i guess it will be the last time too tho ;) too high caloriecount!
