Now I feel a bit bad about yestarday... It was too much, :( I'm disappointed in myself. I was watching a documentary yesterday in which a girl ate a day one apple and one yoghurt, then just the apple, then just 1/2 orange juice... i don't want to go that far but i think i should change my plan, it should be:
PLAN
BREAKFAST : 1 weetabix+ soymilk (90 kcal)
DINNER: strawberries + quark (60 kcal)
SNACK: something sweet (about 60 kcal, it can be 1/2 a michschnitte OR 1/2 chocolate mousse OR 1/4 frozen banana + a cookie)
TOTAL:210 (just during the week)... Anyway I won't be able, I know myself, I eat too much :(
