feeling a bit bad...
Now I feel a bit bad about yestarday... It was too much, :( I'm disappointed in myself. I was watching a documentary yesterday in which a girl ate a day one apple and one yoghurt, then just the apple, then just 1/2 orange juice... i don't want to go that far but i think i should change my plan, it should be:
PLAN
BREAKFAST : 1 weetabix+ soymilk (90 kcal)
DINNER: strawberries + quark (60 kcal)
SNACK: something sweet (about 60 kcal, it can be 1/2 a michschnitte OR 1/2 chocolate mousse OR 1/4 frozen banana + a cookie)
TOTAL:210 (just during the week)... Anyway I won't be able, I know myself, I eat too much :(
PLAN

It was the 1st time I tried the dumplings and LOVED them!!!! :) i guess it will be the last time too tho ;) too high caloriecount!

but I'm still fearing that i might not lose any weight befora vacation... that really brings me down :(

I'm really not happy with my weight, gotta drop at least 5lbs b4 i go on vacation... but at least I'm not having "the pain", i didn't have it on the weekend, neither now, i'm relieved

september 26th...too many lil things...
So, here's what I ate today. For a Sunday it wasn't that bad but I really have to follow the rule just one sweet piece a day (or two halves) from tomorrow on til the day I'm leaving for visiting my family
I had many mini-meals today, i cannot really say breakfast lunch and dinner... it was bit chaotic, but the calories weren't as high as some other sundays. I missed having fro-yo which is normally my sunday treat, but instead I had a brownie... sundays are either fro-yo (or ice-cream day) or cake day (brownie is actually a kinda cake, so it counts) ;)
I forgot to photograph a slice of a roll 15gr.
If I haven't miscalculated, it would be about 700. It's ok. I'm cravin cookies, but I won't have them, i was strong and kept myself from it, good done, ana!
IMPORTANT but from tomorrow on: JUST ONE SWEET A DAY (OR TWO HALVES!!)

I haven't taken pix today, neither I have exhaustively counted calories, just roughly, it has been a kinda "refeed-day" meaning actually, I have had a bit too much... :S : still I'll post:
Breakfast:
LUNCH/DINNER:
1 roll + quark + a shitload of chocolate spread ( it's really my biggest sin, i love it, and once starting i cannot stop!) I had about 40 grams :S (=200 kcal) (i'm not sure though, i didn't measure it), but saturdays are always more permissive to me, i just hope I don't get "the pain".
Late Snack:
1/2 Milchschnitte
1 pc. Animation
2 cookies
TOTAL Amount of calories: About 800 to 900 hm... for refeed ok, for a normal day... bad :S
