Finally some weight loss! not much, but at least something

today I had:

BREAKFAST 1 weetabix+ soymilk 90 // quark+ cocoa 15






DINNER quark+ strawberries 70 // 10gr raisinsroll + chocolate spread 130






SNACK: 1/2 mousse 60// chocolate 60








TOTAL about 440
