update

yes, I've decided to give veganism another try... first for a month and then we will see... I still have stuff at home, so i cannot start right away, but the day after tomorrow i'll start. I'm already excited about it. It's gonna be hard, but hey, I've done it before... and i really have to reduce the amount of daily calories... yes, I'm excited about it, it will make me feel good with myself. I guess i'll make pictures too and keep posting them here... to have more motivation.

it's ages since i don't post.... i'm tinking about going vegan again tho not 100% but i feel so out of control lately that i have to do somthing about it and i think veganism would help.

Sunday = Bad day

I had a terrible day and i haven't even taken pics, and... i really prefer not posting what i had... *ashamed*

so... today, monday about 750 calories, not classified but it was
breakfast 1/2roll + 1/2 banana + 100gr. quark
dinner quark 200gr + strawberries + 1/2 raisinsroll + pudding (30gr) + eis (12 gr)
snack: kinder riegel + milchschnitte

Roberto's Bday

At the birthday i won't eat (just drink and not much). Befor that I had:

friday 13th (horror movie night)

I normally do "refeed" on friday + it is also the "cookie day". Since i was a teen I have had this "tradition" of mine, friday evening watching a horror movie and eating cookies, I've always loved that! I don't do it every friday but some of them i do and yesterday it was one of them.

not working as good as it should...

It is actually working but not as good as it shoul... i "cheat" a lot... I don't photograph everything (tho 90% i do). It's a bore having to photograph everything you eat, but then again, it helps eating less.... I just don't know how long i will keep on taking and posting pix....i'll try some days more tho.
