1 roll + quark + a shitload of chocolate spread ( it's really my biggest sin, i love it, and once starting i cannot stop!) I had about 40 grams :S (=200 kcal) (i'm not sure though, i didn't measure it), but saturdays are always more permissive to me, i just hope I don't get "the pain".
Late Snack:
1/2 Milchschnitte
1 pc. Animation
2 cookies
TOTAL Amount of calories: About 800 to 900 hm... for refeed ok, for a normal day... bad :S
